Return to Work (RTW) Assessment
EMP Return to Work Assessments are an important part of the overall RTW process to protect workers and organisations as a worker is brought back into the workplace following an injury.
Return to Work Assessments support employers and workers by determining if workers are capable of safely performing the physical requirements of the job. The process provides the opportunity to alter some of the workers duties and to check the physical performance of the worker against their baseline data and EMP Benchmarks.
Return to Work Assessments support fact-based decision making and are an essential tool in; risk identification, prevention against re-injury, effective risk management, reducing claims costs premiums and, enabling organisations to meet their OH&S obligations and duty of care.
EMP takes an active role in case management, supporting a successful RTW process.
RTW Case Management
EMP takes an active role in case management, supporting line managers and the HR function, and liaising with the worker and the insurer, to resolve claims and safely manage the return of each worker to the workplace.
