Comprehensive Assessment to the IROJ

EMP has developed a comprehensive set of tests that are performed as part of the EMP Pre-Employment Assessments to provide valuable recommendations to employers.


These tests are customised for each role based on the inherent requirements of the job (IROJ).EMP conducts movement, cardio, health, and cognitive tests for each worker.


We then complete an extended set of specific manual handling tests.EMP ensures each worker is capable of meeting the physical requirements of their job.
