What our sensors tell us about

Commissioning Line

When working on the commissioning line it's important to adjust the ULD to waist height when inducting and taking off grey tubs from the conveyor.

Lunging forward into the ULD with your feet facing direction of travel protects your back by keeping a neutral spine and avoid twisting

EMP Sensor Observations

Sensor observations are a highly accurate and objective way of measuring risk during manual handling tasks.  By using the correct movement you will help reduce stress and strain on your back, shoulders and neck.

With sensor observations, we measure relative task risk.
