What our sensors tell us about

Parcel/Letter Sorting

When sorting letters or parcels, it is important to always keep a straight back and utilise the bigger muscle groups in the legs.

A lot of the sorting will be waist high however, when reaching down to the lower shelves, make sure to follow optimal manual handling techniques to keep yourself fit and healthy!

EMP Sensor Observations

Sensor observations are a highly accurate and objective way of measuring risk during manual handling tasks.  By using the correct movement you will help reduce stress and strain on your back, shoulders and neck.
